Cindy is the Investment team lead for Grosvenor’s transit-oriented development sites delivering 5 million sq. ft. of urban master-planned communities in Metro Vancouver. She shapes the build-to-core strategy for multifamily rental, retail, and office with the development team, adding $2 billion in value to Grosvenor’s investment holdings in North America. Cindy garners two decades of commercial real estate experience and a strong background in finance, leasing, and asset management. She previously worked at Anthem Properties, responsible for a 3 million sq. ft. portfolio of retail, office, and mixed-use income-producing assets.
Cindy currently sits on boards for CREW Network (Commercial Real Estate Women), a global professional network dedicated to advancing women in commercial real estate, and APMI, a property management firm offering client-focused solutions for not-for-profit societies and developers in Greater Vancouver. Cindy is the Past President of CREW Vancouver and served on the board of directors for Hastings Crossing BIA.

Kelly has been happily married to Matt for 31 years and has two beautiful adult children , 20 and 23 .
Kelly loves the state of Idaho and calls Meridian home . She now finds herself in the empty nester season and devotes her extra attention to Matt, and her beloved Toy Australian Shepherd , Addie .
